The tank body has dual sealing head structure. Reinforcing plates are added outside the heads and stiffeners are added inside the heads, greatly increasing tank body rigidity.
2.The thank adopts the automatic longitudinal welding process, with firm and smooth for the welding seam,Using the straight-through or Y-type fluidized bed optimization for the inner and outside of the tank structure, has lower gravity and large volume etc.
3. High working efficiency
Double helical blades with optimal design are used in the tank body to realize unloading at a low rotation speed and a high discharge speed. Front cone of the tank body is fitted with 2 forced stirring blades to enhance mixing function and effectively prevent dilution
