Our tanker production utilizes world-class longitudinal and circumferential seam welding robots.

• Precision Welding: Automated plasma and submerged arc welding ensure that every tank is leak-proof and structurally reinforced.

• Large-Scale Rolling: Our hydraulic rolling machines can handle high-strength carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy plates with thickness up to 20mm+.

2. Heavy-Duty Chassis Modification Line

As a designated partner for ISUZU, SINOTRUK, SHACMAN, DONGFENG, FOTON, FAW, JMC, JAC, I-VECO, etc, we operate specialized lines for chassis reinforcement and sub-frame integration. This ensures that the superstructure and the chassis are perfectly balanced for optimal load distribution and road safety.

3. Specialized Sanitation Vehicle Assembly

Our garbage compactor and sweeper lines utilize modular assembly techniques. This allows for rapid customization of hydraulic systems and electronic control units, ensuring high performance for municipal waste management projects.

4. Advanced Surface Treatment & Coating Line

To protect vehicles against harsh global climates, our production line includes:

• Automatic Shot Blasting: Removing rust and creating the perfect surface for paint adhesion.

• Baking Varnish Room: A dust-free, constant-temperature environment where we apply high-grade automotive primers and topcoats, ensuring the finish remains vibrant and rust-free for years.

5. Final Inspection & Testing Track

The line ends only after a "Zero-Defect" check. Every truck must pass through our dedicated testing center, which includes:

• Water Leakage Test Booths for tankers.

• Hydraulic Stress Test Rigs for cranes and aerial lifts.

• Brake and Suspension Testing on our private 2km test track.
