Dantra Vehicle, a vehicle manufacturer under CLW Group, has recently completed the export of a hook lift garbage truck to Ghana, adding another waste management vehicle to its growing range of overseas deliveries.

Designed for flexible waste collection and container handling, the truck is built around a simple idea: one truck, multiple containers, and less time spent waiting at the collection point.

Built for Flexible Waste Collection

Unlike a conventional garbage truck with a fixed waste body, a hook lift garbage truck can load, transport, unload, and exchange detachable containers.

The hook lift system allows the truck to pull a loaded container onto the chassis and transport it to the designated disposal or transfer location. After unloading, the truck can pick up another empty container and return to the collection route.

This operating method is particularly useful for projects where waste containers need to be placed at different locations, such as:

• Municipal waste collection points
• Construction sites
• Industrial areas
• Markets and commercial districts
• Temporary waste collection stations

Instead of assigning a separate truck to every container, the same vehicle can be used to move different containers according to the daily workload.

The project was completed by Dantra Vehicle under CLW Group, combining the vehicle chassis, hydraulic lifting system, garbage container and related equipment into a complete waste collection solution.

Before shipment, the truck was inspected and prepared for export to Ghana. The completed vehicle was then arranged for international transportation from China.
