CLW GROUP, through its DANTRA VEHICLE brand, recently completed the export of a 3-axle 60CBM bulk powder material semi trailer to Cameroon.

The trailer was supplied for large-volume transportation of dry bulk powder materials, with a focus on practical loading capacity, stable road transportation and efficient pneumatic unloading.

A 60CBM Trailer for High-Volume Transportation

With a 60CBM tank capacity and 3-axle configuration, the semi trailer is designed for customers who need to transport large quantities of dry powder materials in regular operations.

For long-distance bulk material transportation, a larger-capacity trailer can reduce the number of trips required and make better use of each transportation cycle. The trailer can be used for moving dry bulk materials between production facilities, storage terminals and construction sites.

Pneumatic Unloading for Daily Operations

One of the key features of a bulk powder material semi trailer is its pneumatic unloading system.

Instead of manually handling bagged material, compressed air is used to assist the discharge of dry powder through the unloading pipeline. This makes the unloading process more practical for applications where the material needs to be transferred directly into a storage silo or other receiving equipment.

The tank, air system, valves and discharge pipeline are designed to work together as one system.

Checking the Trailer Before Shipment

Before the trailer left the factory, our team checked the main working and safety components, including the tank body, pneumatic system, valves, braking system, axles and running gear.

The trailer was also prepared for international shipment to Cameroon, with attention given to the equipment and components that may need to withstand long-distance transportation and local working conditions.

Designed Around the Customer's Application

A bulk powder trailer is not simply selected by tank volume. The actual transportation distance, road conditions, material characteristics, tractor specifications and local regulations all need to be considered.

For this Cameroon project, the customer selected a 3-axle 60CBM configuration to meet their requirements for high-volume bulk powder transportation.
